Fuji Silvertech Joins Mission 5 Million Trees campaign 🌳
Supporting the “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” Initiative.

As part of our commitment to building a greener and more sustainable future, the Fuji Team proudly participated in the Mission 5 Million Trees campaign and the “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” initiative on 12th July, launched by Hon’ble Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah in Ahmedabad.

This landmark initiative aims to strengthen the city’s green cover, improve air quality, and contribute towards a healthier environment for future generations. Supporting this vision, our team came together for a Tree Plantation Drive, demonstrating that meaningful change begins with collective action.

Every sapling planted symbolizes our shared responsibility towards the environment and reflects Fuji Silvertech’s commitment to sustainable development - not only through our people but also through our eco-conscious approach to infrastructure solutions that help build a cleaner and more sustainable tomorrow.

Wellness at Work
Desk Yoga & Meditation Session

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, and as part of our ongoing commitment to employee wellbeing,

the Fuji Team organized an online Desk Yoga & Meditation Session across all locations under our wellness initiative.

Focused on workplace wellness, the session introduced simple stretching exercises, mindful breathing techniques, and guided meditation practices that can be seamlessly incorporated into daily routines.

Participants gained valuable insights into reducing stress, improving posture, enhancing concentration, and supporting overall physical and mental well-being.

The session served as a reminder that even small moments dedicated to movement and mindfulness can have a meaningful impact on health, productivity, and work-life balance.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Heartfulness Organization for partnering with us in this collaborative wellness initiative. A special thank you to Madhav Kadam for his excellent coordination and support in organizing this session. Blood Donation Camp 2026,
A Step Towards Saving Lives Together

On the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, the Fuji Team successfully organized a Blood Donation Camp across HO Ahmedabad and all plant locations, reaffirming our commitment to community wellbeing and social responsibility.

A Mobile Blood Collection Van was made available to ensure a safe, comfortable, and convenient donation experience for all participants. Employees across locations came forward with enthusiasm and generosity, making the initiative a great success.

We are proud to share that together, we contributed 87 units of blood, a meaningful contribution that has the potential to save many lives and support those in need.

Refreshments were provided to all donors following their donation as a token of appreciation for their selfless act.

This initiative not only encouraged voluntary blood donation but also reinforced the spirit of care, compassion, and collective responsibility that defines our culture.

World Environment Day 2026 🌱

Celebrating Action for a Greener Future

On the occasion of World Environment Day (5th June 2026), we successfully celebrated the spirit of sustainability across all our plant locations.

The celebrations featured Tree Plantation Drives, Environmental Awareness Campaigns, an Online Environment Quiz, and sustainability-focused initiatives, with enthusiastic participation from employees across teams.

To recognize and encourage environmental awareness, tokens of appreciation were presented to the winners of the Online Environment Quiz.

Along with these activities, we also reaffirmed our commitment to building a more sustainable future through precast construction solutions that help reduce on-site waste, improve resource efficiency, and support faster, cleaner infrastructure development.

The initiative created meaningful awareness around environmental responsibility and reinforced our shared vision of a greener tomorrow.

Thrive360 Wellness Journey:
Raising Awareness on World No To***co Day

As part of the Thrive360 – The Wellness Journey Program, an awareness initiative was organized on the occasion of World No To***co Day to promote healthier lifestyles and encourage to***co-free living.

The program featured an online session by Dr. Shirish Alurkar, Consultant – Medical Oncology, HCG Aastha Cancer Centre, who shared valuable insights into the harmful effects of to***co consumption and its link to various cancers and other serious health conditions. Drawing from his extensive experience in managing to***co-related cancers, Dr. Alurkar emphasized the importance of early prevention, informed choices, and effective strategies to overcome to***co addiction.

The initiative also included an engaging interactive Q&A session, where participants had the opportunity to seek expert guidance and gain a deeper understanding of the long-term health benefits of quitting to***co.

In addition to the online session, live awareness briefings were also conducted on the shop floor across locations, helping spread the message directly to employees and workmen and reinforcing the importance of making healthy lifestyle choices.

Through initiatives like Thrive360, we continue our commitment to fostering a culture of wellness, awareness, and preventive healthcare across our organization.

Bagodara, Gujarat and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra - bringing people, ideas, and commitment together under one common purpose.

Aligned with this year’s theme, “Engage, Educate & Empower People to Enhance Safety,” the week evolved into a dynamic platform for learning and collaboration.
From the energy of the Safety Mela to impactful safety skits, and from interactive activities like Snake & Ladder (Safe vs Unsafe) to engaging competitions
including quizzes, fire hydrant drills, and poster-making - every initiative reinforced our commitment to a safer tomorrow.

What truly stood out was the spirit of participation. Employees across functions came forward with creativity, awareness,
and a shared sense of responsibility - turning awareness into action and engagement into impact.
