WHY? Why is it important to clean a property roof, is a good question that many people don't consider.

Roof cleaning not only improves the appearance of your home but importantly, it extends the lifespan of your roof and helps to prevent any future costly repairs caused by significant damage.

Moss acts like a sponge, trapping moisture, which can cause water damage. Moss can threaten the integrity of your roof when it puts roots into the roof under and between the shingles.

Algae, and fungi spores can spread and cause premature ageing, discolouration, and rotting or damage of roof shingles. Lichen is a combination of both algae and fungus. Lichens grow roots attaching securely to your shingles also causing damage if left over time.
