Travelled to Westmeath to carry out a full emissions-system solution on this Komatsu D61PXi.

The machine had been suffering with repeated regeneration issues.

CASE CX130D – BACK UP AND RUNNING! 🔧

We were called out to a Case CX130D running extremely lumpy.

After diagnosing the machine, it turned out it needed more than a quick repair. We replaced the fuel filters so they could finish the job and the. The machine was carried over to the workshop. Then carried out a full service and complete fuel system clean, along with fitting a new injector and coding it in.

🛠️ Job included:
✅ Full service
✅ Complete fuel system clean
✅ Fuel filters replaced
✅ New injector fitted
✅ Full system checks & testing

The machine was then run and tested and is now running smoothly and ready to get back to work. 💪

We traced the fault to a failed master brake cylinder. Once the replacement part arrived, we returned to complete the repair.

Out at this Daewoo recently removing the quickhitch ram putting new seals,hoses and new inner shaft along with shimming out wear in the linkage 🔧

Old setup had become worn and damaged so everything was stripped down, repaired and tightened back up properly to get it working right again.

🔧 Ford TL70 in the workshop recently for a full inspection and repair job.

The customer was experiencing issues with the forward/reverse,so after carrying out initial checks we decided the best route was a full tear down to properly inspect and repair the problem.

During the repair process we also uncovered a number of wires that were going to cause a headache.

Once repairs were completed, the machine received a full service before being handed back to the customer ready to get back to work. 👌
