Project Update week 1!
Another construction milestone achieved ✔️
We’re transforming homes by creating bright, open-plan living spaces. This project involves removing a supporting wall and doorway to open up the kitchen and dining area, installing a structural RSJ steel beam to ensure full safety and compliance, and upgrading insulation for improved energy efficiency. We removed existing external insulation and plasterboard, installed new 100mm insulation, and carried out full airtightness detailing around double doors to enhance comfort, reduce heat loss, and deliver a modern, seamless finish.
