What a night ❤️

After many unforgettable days on site, last night we finally got to sit back, watch together and relive a very special chapter in the KCB Construction story.

It was an absolute honour for our team to be part of this incredible project for Ramona and Oran. What started as a build quickly became so much more… a group of trades, volunteers, suppliers and supporters coming together as a community to do something truly meaningful. 🏡❤️

With Sammy as Project Manager and Barry as Site Manager, the KCB Construction team were incredibly proud to play our part in bringing this home to life.

Last night at Naas Racecourse was extra special as so many of the volunteers came back together. After working side by side, day after day, there were plenty of hugs, laughs, memories and probably a few emotional moments too! 🥹❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made the viewing night so special, and to every person who gave their time, skills, energy and heart to the build.

Community means so much to us at KCB Construction, and this experience reminded us exactly why. When everyone pulls together, incredible things can happen. ❤️

Ramona and Oran… we wish you both a lifetime of happiness, memories and special moments in your beautiful new home. 🏡✨

It was an honour. It was a privilege. And it’s something we’ll never forget. ❤️

Tune in tomorrow at 6:30 on RTÉ One to see us all come together for Ramona & Oran 🏠🚧👷‍♂️

✨ FRIDAY BEFORE & AFTER ✨

Today we’ve got something a little different… a full bathroom transformation showing just how much can be achieved when KCB Construction and Kiwi Complete Bathrooms work together! 🛠️🚿

The before was dark, dated and cluttered, with an old pine storage unit, half-tiled walls and even the cat litter tray taking up valuable space! 🐱😅

KCB Construction completely reworked the storage area, creating a clever utility space with a stacked washer & dryer, hidden storage for cleaning products and a dedicated space for the cat litter tray… complete with its own cat flap! 🐾

Then Kiwi Complete Bathrooms transformed the bathroom itself with a 600mm Roca Ona vanity in Sand Grey, perfectly matching the new Howdens utility units, a 600 x 800mm backlit mirror and a 1700mm Matrix L-shaped bath with Alita chrome shower kit. ✨

The tiling combines Rawene Night Lapato as a feature behind the bath with Whitanga porcelain across the remaining walls and floor, finished with matching trim, chrome accessories and a heated towel rail. 🤍🩶

The result? A room that feels brighter, bigger, neater and SO much more practical! 😍

This project is a perfect example of the benefit of having two sister companies working together, with all the trades under one roof. From construction and utility solutions to plumbing, tiling and bathroom installation… we’ve got it covered. 🛠️🏡

Before ➡️ After 🏡✨

This family home needed to evolve… with all the kids now young adults, it was time to reimagine the space so it truly worked for everyone 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

As you’ll see in this video, we completely transformed the heart of the home by knocking all internal walls between the kitchen, dining area and back door, then reconfiguring the entire layout to create one seamless, modern living space 🔨🧱

For the younger generation, we constructed a dedicated living zone complete with a custom media wall, LED lighting, entertainment area and even a dartboard 🎯📺
In the adults’ lounge, we installed a second media-style unit that doubles as a beautiful display space for family photos and memories 🖼️

Back to the kitchen… once reconfigured, we were able to install an incredible oversized island that the family tells us is used constantly because it comfortably fits everyone 👌
At almost 4 metres long, it’s one of the longest islands possible and was supplied by the brilliant ✨

To tie everything together, existing pine doors were painted white for continuity, while the hallway received a full refresh with painted walls and woodwork. We also remodelled the downstairs toilet to complete the transformation 🚿🎨

Because KCB Construction offers a full turnkey service, every trade needed was managed in-house… no delays, no waiting around, no stress 🙌
From structural changes to the finest finishing touches, we take care of absolutely everything so each project runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Another amazing home transformation in Co. Kildare… and what a journey this one has been 🛠️✨

This bungalow has been completely reimagined. The video begins with the before… dated rooms, tight spaces and blocked-off light. Then the after reveals the magic… we removed internal block walls and combined two bedrooms and one hallway, into one stunning master bedroom, with a walk-in wardrobe and a beautiful ensuite 🌿💫

This project was a true collaboration… KCB Construction and Kiwi Complete Bathrooms working together to bring every detail to life. Our bathroom team created a gorgeous ensuite complete with both a shower and a bath… giving our client the best of both worlds 🚿🛁✨

Every element has been designed, sourced and completed by our own crew… from the bespoke cabinetry handcrafted by our cabinet maker… to the panelling, new flooring and the clever pocket door that maximises space in the ensuite 🚪🤍

The result… a bright, spacious and thoroughly modern home with warmth and personality throughout 🏡✨

Designed with care, built with precision & finished with a toast.
And as always… a bottle of Aotea New Zealand w**e was left waiting for our client to enjoy 🍷✨
