Let's talk about what happened when all the messing broke out over Oil prices.
When I say it was some of the toughest times in business, we would be underselling the whole experience.
We literally only started delivering Oil about a year before this all broke out. We literally couldn't get Oil ourselves from our supplier; we were fully locked out.
Yet, sadly, there was some serious confusion. We saw comments on social media calling us "scumbags" and saying that we had "underground tanks full of Oil" and the increase in prices was "all your fault"
It took its toll. A family & son small business, buying Oil ourselves week to week to fill up our delivery truck, just trying to add value to our customers with a new service. Thankfully, we are thick-skinned, and we understand people were annoyed, as were we. Honestly, we're probably mad about going back to delivering Oil, but we feel our customers deserve it as a service.
We just hope that people can learn to channel their frustrations and anger in the right direction in future β€οΈ
