We are currently seeking experienced Pipe Layers for a large residential development project based in Park West, Dublin 12.
This is a long-term position with consistent work for reliable and skilled tradespeople.

Role & Responsibilities:
✅ Installation of underground drainage and services (surface water, foul water, and stormwater systems)
✅ Setting out pipe runs to levels and gradients as per engineers’ drawings
✅ Laying concrete, clay, and PVC pipes to precise line and level
✅ Installing manholes, chambers, gullies, and associated fittings
✅ Working safely around plant and machinery on site
✅ Collaborating with site engineers, groundworkers, and machine operators

Requirements:
🔹 Proven experience in pipe laying on residential or civil projects
🔹 Ability to read and interpret site drawings and levels
🔹 Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certs essential
🔹 Experience with trench shoring and safe excavation practices an advantage
