It appears that my back catalogue is up for sale! This is Seapoint House in Blackrock, which I renovated and extended in 2000, brought to market by Lisney. Kevin Courtney of The Irish Times writes "how skilfully the two eras have been blended, and how cleverly the house has been redesigned and refurbished to suit residents of any age or stage. Delighted this photo of a simple stairs in a Ballsbridge cottage was selected as 1 of 10 overall winners in the Best of Houzz 2021 from the many photos submitted by designers in Ireland and the UK.
