RIDDIM (ROOTS INCORPORATING DRUMS DANCE IMAGINATION & MUSIC) is a brand new festival dedicated to hosting all things rootical in their elements through visual and musical expression. The aim of the festival is to bring you a fusion of musical styles and genres including Reggae/ Ska/ Dub/ Hip-Hop/ breakbeat/ Jazz/ Funk/ Soul/ Roots/ Folk/ Electronic Dub/ Dubstep and Drum n'bass which through musica
l progression have already been fused together in so many variations worldwide. This has created somewhat of a tree with many branches combining cultures, language, expression, art, music and ideals for a better world. After jam packed show with The Beat the 2nd installment of musical vibrations is taking place on Friday 30th of September in the Twisted Pepper venue, middle Abbey street Dublin from 8pm - 3am and we have a fantastic line up of artists performing including:

There will be 4 club based Riddim Fest shows taking place throughout the course of the year on the build up to an outdoor event in summer 2012. Artists performing at next summers festival will include some of the headline acts throughout the year as well as some welcomed additions and a top line up of Irish based artists.
