Have a look at one of the attics we converted in Skerries last year, the house was very limited to fitting a staircase so we opted for the space saver stair case. Adds a little character to the room. We also installed a former window with French door style openings. A perfect spot for sitting reading a book on a nice summer evening!

We've been busy here at FH Construction with a full cottage renovation in Drogheda. The house had been vacant for many years and was in a bad state of repair! It was stripped back to the original walls, floors dug out and re poured! All complete re-wired, re-Plummed, insulated, plastered, carpentry work, new doors and windows through out.
