Two houses done in the good weather 🌞

Alot of prep and filling involved in both of them 🖌
Weatherclad used throughout both houses.

Front door was in bad shape. Was sanded back, primmed using bin and coated with a gloss finish.🎨

Same colour used to freshen up house. Cracks all filled and then sprayed.

Alot prep involved especially in hall and landing with a massive transformation from pine to white. 🖌

Other rooms got freshened along with the skirting and architrave also changed to white. 👌

Steps & handrails done with walnut stain 🖌

Panelling & mdf painted with Portland Stone crown oil based.

Steps sealed with clear Varnish.

Set of stairs Completed in Newbuild done my Mark Curran 👌 🏠

▪️Primed with coverstain 🖌
▪️Undercoated twice with waterbased paint
▪️Finished with fleetwood eggshell Dusty white 🙌
▪️Stained with oil based Walnut, finished with clear varnish.

Happy with finished result 👌
