🚧 'A Watershed Moment on the Coonagh to Cratloe Road Project" 🚧

It’s fantastic to see the progress made over the past number of months on the Coonagh to Cratloe Road project.

At Conradh Construction, we are proud to be delivering a significant portion of the civil works on this scheme for our client Wills Brothers.

With a dedicated team of over 30 staff on site, we have successfully completed substantial elements of the works including deep drainage, utilities, kerbing, footpaths and traffic calming measures — all critical components in bringing this key stretch of road closer to completion.

Projects like this make a real difference to local communities. This new section of road will improve connectivity, reduce congestion and support the continued growth of the area.

A big well done to everyone involved for the hard work and collaboration that has made this incredible progress possible.

The long-awaited road fully opens this week.

🚧 19 Apartments – Childers Court, Limerick 🏗️

We are delighted to share the strong progress made in recent weeks on our latest residential development at Childers Court, Limerick.

This 19 Apartment Scheme will be a valuable addition to the area, delivering high-quality homes and contributing positively to the ongoing housing demand within the city.

Having recently broken ground on this brownfield site, it is great to see meaningful progress already taking shape. The CONRADH Construction team has successfully completed Site Clearance & Enabling Works, and this week we marked another key milestone with the Installation of Foundations for the Apartment Complex.

Oncology Cancer Treatment Care Facility – Limerick

Following our recent post, we’re pleased to share progress on-site at the state-of-the-art Oncology Cancer Treatment Care Facility, being delivered on behalf of our client DFL – David Flynn Ltd.
Significant milestones have now been achieved:

🔹 Deep Drainage Works: Installation of foul and storm systems up to 5m deep is nearing completion.
🔹 Internal Floor Build-Up: Works are underway to the underside of slab level.
🔹 Internal Pipework: Installation has commenced within the building footprint.
🔹 Carpark Earthworks: Ongoing progress across external areas.

These works mark another important phase in delivering this vital healthcare facility, which will enhance cancer treatment services across the Mid-West region.
We remain proud to play our part in supporting improved healthcare infrastructure and continue to collaborate closely with David Flynn Ltd and all project partners as the project advances.

🚧 Project Update – Newtown Meadows Development 🏗️

Fantastic progress continues at the Newtown Meadows development, where the CONRADH Construction team is delivering high-quality homes on behalf of our valued client, Formation Homes Ltd.

Phase 4 is advancing steadily, with the final set of house bases now handed over and drainage works nearing completion. Our 5th and final attenuation tank is also approaching completion, marking another key milestone for the project.

Meanwhile, Phase 3A has been fully handed over to the client, and Phase 3B is receiving its finishing touches as we move closer to completion of this impressive development.

We’re also excited to begin works on two new apartment blocks, which will bring this project to its final stages — adding further high-quality homes to the growing Newtown Meadows community.
