*家居翻新* *工／商業大廈*
本司提供各款翻新選項; 全屋批灰, 進行油漆美化; 牆身/地台進行磁磚安裝; 廁所/廚房安裝假天花; 更換房門，大門等等

如有滲漏、石屎剝落、結構大小問題也能夠全方面為你解決

*混凝土結構修補*
(天花, 牆身, 地台之石屎剝落)
Step 1: 採用"擊鼓法"勘察現場環境確定已損壞之石屎位置.
Step 2: 提供報價給客戶 (雖現場勘察確認位置後，才能提供報價)
Step 2: 清除以損壞之石屎至穩固石屎層.
Step 3: 如有斷裂鋼筋，重新接駁後，在鋼筋上進行防銹處理.
Step 4: 採用結構物料重新批回泥水面.
Step 5: 工程完成後，每個步驟本司會提供照片記錄報告給客戶參考.

*家居滲漏*
Step 1: 現場檢查及堪察，確定漏水位置及根源.
Step 2: 提供方案給客戶選擇，如採用灌漿方法(打針)或搭建棚架由外牆處理.
Step 3: 進行防水工序
Step 4: 如環境許可，進行試水確定沒有再滲漏.
