**New notice: Who want to organize events with me in Hong Kong in 2019 (prefer to create after Feb 2019)?

我覺得大部份生意人也是講利益，沒有生意给他或不買他公司產品也未必肯與你溝通做朋友。生意人肯真心與你做真正朋友也可能少之又少。

但我facebook 90%的人也是企業家。也只是網上加我，大家也未見過。

不知有幾多%是真心好心地不講利益的生意人可以做現實的好朋友。

本人已創了業開了自己的治療中心有2年多，小女也是在努力加油和學習中。以下小女也有些創業心德和大家分享下:

1. 做生意不是想像中那么容易的事，有賺也有蝕。所謂創業難守業難，特別初期創業頭一、二年最辛苦，要試很多不同的宣傳方法，時常用腦去想下怎樣搞好盤生意。要忍到未開始賺錢，已開始不斷花錢去宣傳、交租和其他開支等。個心臟要很强接受到做生意所帶來的未知數的風險。可能要守到第3、4年生意才可以收支平衡。不好運可能5年內也做不到。好運可能去到第2年就可以收支平衡的人士也有。

2. 要有毅力、勇敢、堅持、耐心和有冷靜頭腦等去做。

大家已創了業的人士一起加油!
