The A1A building, a cornerstone of the park, frames every workspace with light, air, and sea views.
Certified LEED Gold and Category A+, it reflects Thess INTEC’s commitment to high-performance, climate-responsive design.
The Incubator Building expands this vision - offering a flexible framework for start-ups, researchers, and emerging enterprises.
Its spaces support collaboration and independent work alike, fostering the development and exchange of new concepts.
Completing this triad, the Multipurpose Auditorium and Open-Air Theater introduces a cultural anchor to the campus.
Semi-embedded within the terrain, it combines an enclosed venue, a walkable green roof, and an outdoor amphitheater to host talks, events, and performances.
