🌊 𝗘𝗽𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗻 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗔𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁

An impressive beachfront hotel in Golem, Albania, where minimal geometry, clean lines, and balconies reminiscent of sailboats create an almost sculptural architectural presence.

Four ALUMIL advanced aluminium systems were selected for the project: the 𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗔 𝗦𝟱𝟲𝟬 sliding and lift & slide insulated system, the 𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗔 𝗦𝟲𝟳 hinged insulated system, the 𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗔 𝗠𝟳 high-performance curtain wall, and the 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘 𝗦𝗙𝟴𝟱 insulated folding doors.

With solutions that enhance views, natural light, comfort, and energy performance, we contributed to creating a unique hospitality experience by the sea.

At The eLement in Marousi, our systems played a key role in the implementation of the architectural design. The project features the high-performance curtain wall system 𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗔 𝗠𝟳, the minimal insulated hinged system 𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗔 𝗦𝟲𝟳 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗦, and the insulated aluminium entrance door system 𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗔 𝗠𝗗𝟲𝟳.
