At IFSAS Group, growth is never accidental. On February 6th, we made a conscious decision: pause projects, deadlines, daily operations and invest a full day in our people.

The 𝗜𝗙𝗦𝗔𝗦 𝗞𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗢𝗳𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 brought together colleagues from across Greece — Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Crete and Volos — not to review numbers alone, but to align, challenge assumptions, and shape what comes next.

The holiday spirit arrived at the IFSAS Group — and it brought our teams together in the best possible way.

From Athens to Thessaloniki, colleagues joined forces to decorate our offices, filling each space with lights, warmth and a sense of shared celebration. In Athens, our IFSAS Group and Novatron Distribution Security teams came together to create one unified festive corner — a simple gesture, but one that reflects the collaboration, connection and team spirit that define who we are across the Group.

Representing IFSAS, Minas Dermatis contributed to the workshop with a presentation on the Greek fire safety, extinguishing, security and services market, sharing insights, challenges and forward-looking perspectives from our national ecosystem.

Our colleagues Minas Dermatis, Panagiotis Kampisioulis and John Theogiannis explored the latest innovations, connected with global manufacturers and attended high-value sessions on market trends, integrated systems and new regulatory frameworks.

The outcome:
strong networking, strategic discussions and new collaboration opportunities that support IFSAS’ growth roadmap and reinforce our commitment to delivering advanced, future-ready solutions.
