Another consumer unit upgrade completed by Sewell Electrical Services.

The existing board was removed and replaced with a new FuseBox metal consumer unit, bringing the installation up to modern standards and providing improved protection throughout the property.

⚡️ Second Fix Complete | First Floor Extension

Another project completed for the team.

Following on from our first fix, we’ve now returned to complete the second fix on this first-floor extension, finishing off the electrical installation throughout the two new bedrooms and modifications to the existing ground floor

KNARESBOROUGH PROJECT — NEARLY THERE.

We’re now in the final stages of this full renovation, with completion expected next week.

This project has involved a full electrical strip-out and complete reinstallation, with the electrical installation redesigned around the new layout and requirements of the property.

⚡️ First Fix Complete | First Floor Extension

Another project progressing nicely for the team.

The existing roof has been removed and an additional floor constructed, creating one brand-new bedroom and another bigger bedroom.

Our first fix is now complete, including:
▪️ Extending and adapting the existing ring final circuit
▪️ Extending the existing lighting circuit
▪️ Installing new socket and lighting points throughout the new bedrooms
▪️ All cabling installed ready for the next stage of the build

With the plasterboarding and finishing works now progressing, we’re nearly ready to return for second fix and bring everything together.

Completed this stunning media wall alongside the talented Hackett Carpentry.

We installed 10 metres of LED COB tape lighting in a sleek aluminium profile with diffuser, creating a clean, modern finish that completely transforms the space.
