Works included:
• New wall plates and 6x2 rafters with green oak scab rafters
• Oak fascias and barge boards
• 20x10 Spanish slates
• Vented ridge system installation
• 3 conservation Velux windows
• 6 bespoke bat access vents, fabricated and welded on site

All work carried out in accordance with the bat mitigation report and approved by local building control.

Recent job completed for Johnson Construction & Project Management

This one required a lot of Timber repairs, including multiple rafter replacements and repairing a rotten wall plate. We also formed a new gable ladder to restore strength and stability to the roof structure.

106m2 of felt battern and slate, using breathable membrane and 24x12 reclaimed Welsh slates, for a nice traditional finish.
