Some pics from the rental freshen up just completed .. all ceilings were cracked to pieces so the process of fixing these was raking them out , fixings any loose boards back in place, SBR them and fill flush as possible , then all prepped up and painted throughout 👍

Not my usual thing freshening up rental properties, but for a regular customer who wanted this bungalow re freshening for rental I made an exception. Not my standard level of prep here , as that wasn’t the clients wishes it was just a general prep and good freshen up throughout so that’s what I did for them 👍

Bay window cill was in a sorry state of affairs 👎 but .. rot removed and resin system applied and painted up along with the 3 other quirky windows , plenty of character but not a straight edge in sight 😂
