We’ve now had the pleasure of returning to this property three times over the last 18 months — and hopefully, this won’t be the last! 👀

Phase 1: We completed the full double-side and rear extension.

Phase 2: We returned to carry out the groundwork for the new rear patio.

Phase 3: Most recently, we’ve been back to prepare the groundwork for this new permeable driveway. Using fully permeable materials throughout, we’ve installed the groundwork and laid the border, leaving everything ready for the resin finish to be applied.

There’s something pretty special about seeing a project evolve over multiple stages — and even better when you’re invited back to keep adding to it.

We absolutely love repeat customers, especially when they’re as lovely to work with as these guys.

Looking forward to seeing this project fully wrapped up in Ashtead.

Earlier in the year, we completed the full blockwork package on this new-build property, along with the construction of the accompanying outhouse.

We returned in the middle of summer to complete the brickwork to both the front and rear elevations, bringing the exterior one step closer to completion. 🏡

Teaming up once again with the boys at Jenkins Residential Projects, we’ve complemented their bespoke joinery with a feature brick wall, adding warmth, character and texture to this open-plan kitchen and dining space. 🙌🏼

We used traditional London Stock bricks, laid with a lime-based mortar and finished with a brushed flush pointing. 🖼️ 🧱

Great to see the completion photos coming through from the Bermuda construction team.

Over in Ashtead, we had the privilege of delivering the complete structural shell of this property, taking the project from the initial groundwork right through to the roof, including all associated brickwork and structural elements in between.

The external elevations were constructed using a beautiful Flemish Antique brick, finished with a traditional brush-flush joint.
This combination complements the character of the property perfectly.

Loving the completion pictures from a job that we undertook last year in Banstead.

We completed the rear extension, porcelain patio and steps, the front garage extension as well as the porch.

We finished the front off brickwork off with a nice weather struck pointing. 🙏🏼🧱
