This bungalow had an extension and renovation around 10 years ago by the previous owners, but lacked kerb appeal.

We obtained planning permission for this front extension and alterations to the windows positions to give a more modern look to the property.

First draft on a scheme for a replacement dwelling project in Dorset.

Every job deserves the same level of detail!

This was phase one on a project we have been engaged on after the clients driveway starting collapsing during the heavy rainfall in February/March.

In order to give long term stability to the driveway, it was decided that sheet piling would be the best option for this area to prevent further movement.

Working with & we completed the job on time and on budget to the highest of standards and client is delighted with the results. We look forward to working with the Hansford team on future projects.

On to the next phase towards the end of the month and feasibility studies to be completed on some outbuildings.

Little explore to Homebuilding and Renovation Show at the NEC to check out some of the new products on offer and to catch up with existing suppliers!!

Finishing straight in sight internally on this property.

With such bespoke detailing throughout the property, results in care and attention.

Kitchen is currently under construction in the workshop and bespoke stairs in to allow for shadow gap detailing for the plasterers.

We can’t wait to show you the big reveal, but there are glimpses starting to come through now.

NEW PROJECT;

Survey time on a sunny winters day!

We have started the process of some general maintenance of the existing property.

We have also measured up these stunning barns, with some schemes due to commence in the new year for the conversion of one of the barns and a scheme to rebuild the derelict barn in this picturesque location.

Another exciting project to get cracking with in the new year.

Here’s one of completed projects, now on the market.

We added the new double garage, added a single storey extension forming the living room and a first floor extension over the garage for a first floor living room.

We also replaced the timber cladding with a high quality composite cladding to give a sharp look to the property.

This has now created a stunning flexible family home within a great sized plot, with real balance and style.

SIPs BUILD

Here’s a little throw back to a SIPs build we did in Lyme Regis.

We designed this contemporary home within the grounds of an arts and crafts house in the centre of Lyme Regis.

Built using the Kingspan TEK system supplied by with great structural design features including the Glulam beams in the open plan space.
