To follow from our previous post of our recent Leverington project!!!

This post is for our repoint job, we gave the full gable end of the property a rake out and full re point and relayed the top of the gable end due to this full wall becoming weak, to give the customer piece of mind it’s durable,

We’re over the moon with the finish off this job and we’re glad we could get this done for our customer,

Here we have another job completed recently in Leverington near Wisbech!!

This job consisted of a full roof replacement with sister rafters installed both sides to take the sag out of the roof due to its age, we also changed all the fascias from existing brown to new black fascia board with black guttering and downpipes.

We fully installed new alternate slates to give this job a fresher and newer look overall and dry ridge system, with also adding over fascia vents and trays doing it the correct way!!! We also gave the porch a full upgrade by giving it a full strip down, installing new alternate slates, new lead flashing, new dry ridge system to match and new fascias and downpipes in black really complimenting the slates,

To finish off this large job at fresh homes construction we gave the full gable end of the property a rake out and full re point and relayed the top of the gable end due to this full wall becoming weak, to give the customer piece of mind it’s durable,

We’re over the moon with this full transformation and glad we could help a local Friend out on this one, one of our favourite jobs to date👌

Thank you Sharn for choosing fresh homes construction and we look forward to seeing the full house completed,

Another job completed ✔️

Here we have another job we recently completed in March for another returning customer, which we really take pride in returning customers,

This job consisted of the full 6ft single skin with pillars to be taken down to ground height, as it was really becoming dangerous with becoming weak and all the blown bricks, we then installed this lovely 6ft composite grey panel fencing with finished decretive trellis on the top, we went with concrete posts as this adds more durability as where this is located there is very high winds, we also finished this job off with a new high security composite metal gate to match the new modern fencing, to help the neighbour out we gave the full gate a sand blast and fully repainted black,

Where the last contractor installed the fencing and it was very weak we also went and took it back 2.4m to the last post and installed it again re correctly to add more strength,

That is our job here done once again and we’re over the moon with the finished product but most importantly the customers are extremely happy and that’s what it’s all about,

So thank you again Chris It is always a pleasure doing another job for you and we’ll see you on the next one.
