Have you got a leaky pipe or a crap tap.?
A rotten radiator or a broken boiler.?
Are you struggling to find a plumber because it's only a small job and they're too busy with the big stuff.?
You need a part time plumber who aches in the morning and has had enough of the big jobs.
I do the small jobs.
If I like the sound of it.
I don't do drains or unblocking toilets.
I don't do full installs, new builds or extensions.
I don't want to fit new bathroom suites or shower enclosures and I definitely don't want to be lifting floorboards... 😆
If I can't do it in a day, I don't want to do it.
Ideally in and out in a couple of hours.
The small odd jobs that a full time plumber can't be arsed with.
Probably the reason they don't return your calls..
I might only be part time and I might only be doing the small stuff that no-one can be arsed with but I'm still running a business.
I've got a van to run, tools to buy and taxes to pay, the same as everyone else.
I'm not driving around in circles doing it for £20..

I'm not chasing the work or trying to fill my day.
I'm doing odd jobs to get me out of bed.
I ache in the mornings and I need a sleep in the afternoon.. 🤣
It's no fun getting old but I'm not ready for pipe and slippers just yet.
