Bathroom Lights & Extractor Fan 🛁

The customer is due to let the property out soon and feels it’s only right to get in there and update the property.

I replaced these 2 halogen DL’s with 4 IP/fire rated all in ones. We went with bright white to brighten things up, and to stop the mould issue, I installed a top quality in-line fan in the centre.

Garden swimming pool feed 💦🏊‍♂️⚡️

My customer wanted to move his large pool from one side of the garden to the other due to needing more privacy. The cables had been run, buried and clipped. Then is was my turn and down to me to finish things off and test it all out.

New Pub Kitchen Fuseboard🍺🍽

Bromley’s #1 pub - was in need of an upgrade on the kitchen fuse board to keep up with all the food orders.

Ran this absolute BEAST of a cable 25mm 5c from the main board up to the kitchen.
Installed some 4” heavy duty tray in the basement to support the cable and to give room for future works.

all the way. Helping me out till 04:30 🤦🏼‍♂️ not worked that late in a long time but needs must.

More Pub work🍺

needed some external sockets run in ready for the reopening. 6 of these sculmore click mode have been run around the garden for some fairy lights and small garden heaters.

Busy Couple of Weeks 🪛

Been pedal to the metal for the last couple of weeks with all these EICRs and remedial works. Thanks for the juicy discounts 🤑

BOILER SYSTEM WIRING🤯

Just a little part of the re-wire that’s on the go but it’s an important one. Took me a few hours on site and another few in the evenings getting my head round this. Used the wiring system which is 🔥 to wire in the heating and multi zone system into the boiler.

Any advice on how’s best to route the cables would be greatly appreciated but I’m happy with how it turned out.

LOCKDOWN PROJECT.

Another day where I’ve loved my job. My customer wanted a lockdown project so decided to get me in to provide power to the shed (man cave). Boarded the shed out with 11mm OSB then took some advice from and gave an extra level of protection by running the cables in some flexi con. Left a loop for when the customer decides to change the garden. Thanks for the help, hope you learnt some bits.

Day 4 of the upstairs rewire 🏡
Starting to pull everything together now. All sockets second fixed but left loose for the customer to paint around (circuit left isolated) and second fixed all light switches including fan isolator. 15 down lights also second fixed just waiting for the plasterer to finish off the last 2 rooms. Thanks for all your help bud.
