After two fantastic years of hard work, wonderful clients, and brilliant projects, G.N. Artisan has officially closed its doors.
George has now hung up his tools, and the business has officially ceased trading.
We want to say a massive thank you to all of our clients, friends, and local supporters who have trusted us with their homes, gardens, and renovation projects over these past two years. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you all and bringing your ideas to life.

🌱 CUSTOM SLEEPER PLANTERS 🌱

Check out these custom sleeper planters we recently built! 🛠️

We used heavy-duty timber sleepers to design and create this tiered system, adding structure and zoning to the garden. Packed with multi-level planting, they bring great height and a brilliant burst of colour against the dark fence.

From overgrown to an absolute oasis! 🌱✨

Swipe to see the incredible before-and-after of this garden transformation. George has cleared out the old, messy structures, dismantled the old features, and laid down a gorgeous, crisp new lawn complete with stepping stones. It completely opens up the space and makes the garden look twice the size!

Throwing it back to one of our favourite projects from last year! 🛖✨

There is something incredibly rewarding about a unique build like this. We took this yurt from a timber frame and a vision to a fully finished, weather-proof retreat. From the precision of the circular floor joists to the custom porch entrance, every detail was crafted to ensure it stands the test of time.

Whether it’s a bespoke garden room, a yurt, or a classic home renovation, we love bringing these "out of the box" ideas to life.

Classic Wall Panelling 🏛️✨

Taking a look back at this panelling project that completely redefined a hallway. It’s amazing how a bit of detail can take a space from a simple walkway to a standout feature.

We installed traditional shaker-style panelling and finished it with a striking two-tone look—a deep green paired with a crisp neutral. It adds so much structure and elegance, and the matching radiator cover ensures a seamless finish from top to bottom.

Panelling is a timeless way to add character and "soul" to any home. It never goes out of style!

What’s your favourite style? Traditional Shaker or modern slat wall? 👇
