Great progress being made on site, with the refurbishment of two historic cottages over in Lytham 👏

1st fix electrics and plumbing are now complete, with the team currently boarding out one cottage while the second is well underway with plastering and skimming.

These projects are always exciting to watch come together — especially when restoring character properties like these. We’re now looking forward to the 2nd fix joinery stage and seeing the full transformation take shape over the coming weeks.

The newly slated roof is now nearing completion, marking a major milestone in the project, while first fix plumbing and electrical works are currently underway inside the property.

Great progress on one of our large refurbishment projects delivering 7 flats.

Plastering is now nearly complete throughout, creating a clean and consistent finish ready for decoration. Kitchen installations are also underway, and it's great to see the spaces starting to come together.

The modern, high-end look we set out to achieve for our client is now taking shape, and the overall standard across the site is really coming through.

The team have really pulled it out the bag with this one👷

Back to it after the Easter break and straight into a busy week across all sites.

Great progress on one of our residential projects — underfloor heating is now installed, screed has been laid, and all exterior painting of the bespoke fascia's is now complete.

The transformation on this one is really starting to show, bringing the whole extension together. Looking forward to pushing on with the next stages! 🧱

Another busy week finishing at our Spencer Road site, now nearly fully plastered and ready to go.

We're now closed for the Easter break and will reopen Tuesday 7th April.
