Another week wrapped up, with all our lads working hard across the various sites this week💪

We’ve kicked off groundworks at a commercial office facility to install a ground-level drainage pump, while also making good progress on another site over in Pemberton.

The strip-out phase is now complete, and the team has moved on to battening each room in preparation for the 1st fix electrical and plumbing works to get underway before boarding.

Great to see each project continuing to move forward and the hard work from the team paying off.

🏗️ Commercial Shop Refurbishment

Great progress on our latest commercial shop refurbishment.

This week, Shaunkellyplastering has battened, boarded and skimmed the shop, giving the space a fresh, clean finish and really starting to bring it together.

With 1st fix electrics and plumbing now complete, we’re moving on to the next stage of the refurbishment.

Great work from everyone involved so far — plenty more to come! 👏

Roof Timber & Structural Amendments – Stockton Heath

A recent project involving structural amendments to an existing roof timber structure, following a structural survey commissioned by our client.

Working from the survey findings, we carried out the necessary alterations and modifications to the existing roof timbers to ensure the structure was strengthened and met the required specification.

We've recently completed the rebuild of this kitchen wall on site in Lytham.

As part of the project, we installed a new steel beam to safely support the existing brickwork above, along with the roof structure.

The wall was rebuilt using the existing bricks on the outer leaf to retain the property's original appearance, while the inner leaf was constructed in blockwork, providing a strong, durable structure ready for the next phase of the renovation.

The conversion of this property on Croxteth Road into 10 high-quality apartments is now finished, and we're thrilled with how it has turned out.

It's always rewarding to see months of planning and construction come together to create much-needed new homes.

Great progress being made on site, with the refurbishment of two historic cottages over in Lytham 👏

1st fix electrics and plumbing are now complete, with the team currently boarding out one cottage while the second is well underway with plastering and skimming.

These projects are always exciting to watch come together — especially when restoring character properties like these. We’re now looking forward to the 2nd fix joinery stage and seeing the full transformation take shape over the coming weeks.
