Boiler was unfortunately tested and found to be unsafe. Boiler was isolated and not safe paperwork issued. Roll on 24 hours new boiler is on the wall, system flushed and water tested showing pass! 👍Landlord now has 5 years peace of mind from expensive repairs and tenant has heating and hot water for their new addition 👌 job well done 👊
