⚡ WE’RE HIRING – ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR / TESTING SPECIALIST ⚡

South Leicestershire Electrical Ltd (SLE) is expanding our compliance division and seeking an Electrical Inspector / Testing Specialist.

This role is focused on inspection and testing across a variety of properties, with growth opportunities into a senior compliance lead.

What you’ll do:

✅ Conduct EICRs (primarily domestic, with some commercial)
✅ Perform compliance testing (emergency lighting, fire alarms)
✅ Identify and report on remedials
✅ Support the compliance team and develop into a senior role as we grow
✅ Work on schools, commercial sites, NHS facilities, and landlord portfolios

What we offer:

💷 Salary range: £38,000–£48,000 depending on experience
🚗 Company vehicle and fuel card
📈 Career progression—move into a senior compliance lead role as we expand
🔧 Varied work—no repetitive installs!
🏫 Stable, long-term contracts with agents and public-sector clients

What we’re looking for:

✔ Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3)
