TD Painting and Decorating I grew up learning to decorate from my mum and nan, gaining skills in sanding, filling, sealing, painting, glossing and wallpapering.

Over time, friends and family asked me to transform their homes too, which I love and now want to grow even further.

✨💚 A Little Green Dream for a Very Special Little Boy 💚✨

Today was a little different from our usual decorating jobs — and one that was extra special! 🥰

Having a well needed catch up with my Uncle and Aunt (parents to be) we transformed their sons gorgeous baby boy’s bedroom, ready for their arrival in just a couple of months. 👶💚

With a beautiful Winnie the Pooh-inspired theme and the most gorgeous soft green, this room has been turned into such a warm, calming and cosy little space. 🌿🍯

Every little detail has been finished with love, knowing that very soon this room will be filled with cuddles, giggles, sleepy nights and precious memories. 🧸✨

A huge thank you to my uncle for helping me bring this one to life — and congratulations to the parents-to-be! 💚

One very lucky little boy is going to have the sweetest bedroom to come home to. 🥹👶💚

🏡 Freshened Up & Ready for Its Next Chapter! 🎨✨

Another project completed by TD Painting & Decorating — giving this 3-bedroom home a well-deserved freshen-up and getting it ready to go on the market.

The brief was simple: fresh, clean and bright throughout. 🤍

✔️ Walls and ceilings refreshed in white
✔️ Woodwork thoroughly prepared, sanded and glossed
✔️ Doors, frames, skirting boards and other woodwork given some much-needed TLC
✔️ Prep work carried out to leave everything looking clean and crisp
✔️ Finishing touches throughout to bring the whole house together

It’s amazing what a little preparation, attention to detail and a fresh coat of paint can do. Sometimes a home just needs a bit of TLC before it’s ready for someone new to make it their own. 🏠 unfortunately i didn't get the downstairs finish photos.

✨ Bedroom Transformation ✨

This bedroom was ready for some serious TLC! 🖌️
The wallpaper had already been stripped, but underneath we found large areas of flaking paint and uneven surfaces that needed plenty of preparation before painting could begin.

🔨 Prep work included:
• Removing loose and flaking paint
• Filling and repairing imperfections
• Sanding to create a smooth finish
• Careful preparation throughout

🎨 The transformation was finished with Pearl Grey walls, a crisp white ceiling, and all the woodwork refreshed and finished in white.

From tired and marked walls to a fresh, modern finish ✨

This room was fully prepped with all areas filled and sanded where needed before being painted in Unique Cream Matt for a clean and cosy look 🤍

✔️ Ceiling freshened up
✔️ Walls filled, sanded & painted
✔️ Door, skirtings & window cill sanded and glossed
✔️ Finished with wooden effect PVC floor trim for a sharp clean edge
