Another new Local Project Started this Week 🔨

The first stage begins with the removal of the existing conservatory, clearing the way for a new extension build.

A full transformation from the ground up — stripping back the old structure, preparing the space, and creating a solid new addition built with practical design and quality construction in mind.

PHASE 3🧱

Final phase now complete. All major joinery and installation works have been finished, and the project has now moved into its final stage.

The remaining work consists of the decorative finishes, final detailing and snagging before completion and handover.

It’s been another well-managed project from start to finish, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, attention to detail and keeping the programme on track. Looking forward to sharing the completed result soon.

PHASE 3 – local Loft conversion

Progress continues at pace, with another key stage of this full loft conversion now signed off.

The structural works are now complete, creating a solid foundation for everything that follows. First fix electrics and first fix plumbing have both been completed throughout the property, with the entire build now insulated and fully boarded, leaving it ready for the plastering team to move in.

Every stage of this project is being delivered with precision, quality craftsmanship and attention to detail by a great team of trusted trades.
