Groundworks undertaken for a new-build residential development comprising 20 flats. The scope of works included the formation and construction of new access roads, installation of below-ground drainage networks and associated systems, and utilities and service infrastructure.

Works also involved setting out and preparation of individual plot layouts, creation of designated parking areas, and completion of hard landscaping elements such as paving, footpaths, kerbs, edging, and associated external works.

Contracts Manager

The Role:
As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, overseeing projects from start to finish and managing the programs across projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the preparation, negotiation, and management of construction contracts from pre-construction through project closeout.
• Ensure contract compliance, risk mitigation, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide commercial support to project managers, site teams, and senior leadership.
• Manage contract variations, claims, and change orders efficiently and accurately.
• Review project budgets, track financial performance, and support cost-control measures.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Site visits to check programs, schedule and safety are being adhered to.

About You
• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of contract forms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident analysing complex documentation and identifying commercial risks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Relevant qualifications in construction, quantity surveying or similar (preferred).

Grove Park Studio🔨

We successfully executed a comprehensive project involving the supply and installation of an advanced bonded warm roof single-ply system.

The scope of work comprised of a precise overlay of the existing roof, effectively enhancing the insulation properties and increasing the U-value of the occupied offices situated below.

Throughout the entire project duration, we prioritised minimal disruption and maximum safety whilst seamlessly carrying out the works while the offices remained fully operational each day.
