Extension Progress Near Ettington 🧱🏡

Another project near Ettington is starting to take shape!

The extension is really coming together now, with the new windows and doors installed and plenty of natural light coming into the space. It’s great to see the design starting to look like the finished vision.

We’ve currently paused works for a few days/ weeks as our customers are expecting their first baby 👶❤️ — giving them a little time and space before we get back on site.

We’ll be back soon to continue the build and look forward to sharing more progress as this extension takes shape!

A cheeky first look at the kitchen... 👀

There's still some electrical work to complete and a few finishing touches to add, but it's already starting to look incredible. Seeing this bespoke space come together is what makes all the hard work worthwhile, and we can't wait to show you the finished result.

Our farmhouse renovation is really starting to take shape.

It's fantastic to see this beautiful project coming together. The bespoke kitchen, pantry and laundry room are progressing brilliantly, the stunning new front door and windows are now installed, and work on the ensuite is well underway.

Every detail is helping transform this character farmhouse while preserving the charm and features that make it so special.

Another stunning project completed by the team at Martin Adams Ltd. 🏡✨

We recently handed over this beautiful rear extension, creating a bright, spacious open-plan kitchen and family living area that's perfect for modern family life.

We couldn't be happier with how this project has turned out! ✨

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Rachel and Tyler to bring their vision to life. Together, we transformed their home by removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room to create a beautiful open-plan living space, before replacing the old window with stunning bifold doors that flood the room with natural light and create a seamless connection to the garden. This now gives them time to decide on a finished floor.

Seeing the finished result and knowing we've helped create a space they'll enjoy for years to come is exactly why we love what we do.

Nearly ready at our Leamington project! 🏡
The groundworkers are due to start next week, along with the carpet and LVT flooring installation. We're now just waiting for the granite company to fit the worktops, and we'll be another step closer to completion.

It's great to see everything coming together.

A busy week on site in Leamington – tiles are now complete, bifold doors are in, and decorating is finished. New doors are being fitted this week, keeping the momentum going with plenty happening across the job. Great progress all round.

First fix is well underway at our farmhouse project 🔨🏡

Great progress being made as the plumbers and electricians get everything in place, keeping us on track and ready for plastering. It’s always good to see a project starting to come together behind the scenes before the next stage begins.
