This week at J&R the team have started with an exciting new project 🏠🛠️

After meetings with our client whom we are carrying out the double house refurbishment in Leamington for, they have given us the green light to commence works on this beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom property located on the outskirts of Stratford upon Avon in Lower Quinton.
We’ve picked up this project after works with another builder came to a halt over 12 months ago.

Between the clients vision and the skill of our team this will be one of our most beautiful projects to date once completed!

Over we have been working in partnership with to make a cilent’s dream garden rooms, a whoops 9.5 x 5m scheme - complete with office (3.5m x 5m) AND man cave (5m x 6m) become a reality at the top tier of their garden. The client really loved the concept we have pitched to them and work should be commencing next week! So watch this space for updates. We have also been commissioned by the client to do additional landscape and board designs for their HUGE (over 200ft) 4 tiered garden.
However no job is to big or too small, both inside and out. So if your thinking of a garden make over, or a large house extension, feel free to get in touch so we can make your dreams reality!

Popped by to see an old client who I helped completed transform their home over Easter and was blown away by the end result. The job was in a conservation area and had the parish council object; however Inside Out Design managed to get it through planning permission first time with our comprehensive case study of surrounding homes that have had similar works already done, those house had already set precedent, so we obtained this without any issues or major design changes and to what our client desired, as we work to what our client desires not our own.

Each client is unique and each home uniquely complex

No job here is too BIG or to Small. We can help any dream come true, whilst being responsible to conservation areas and listed building but able to obtain planning consent at the same time!

We work to our cilents tastes, dreams and desires not our own. No two client and no two homes will ever be the same.

Popped by to see an old client who I helped completely transform there newly purchased home over Easter and was blown away by the end result.
