Orangerie:
Sub floor hoovered, primed, thermal backer boards fitted.
Heat mats rolled out and encapsulated in SLC.
Primed again, and a stunning Herringbone floor laid using tile planks, complete with a boarder and finished with medium oak grout

Shower area tiled in Runcorn for a plumber tasked with correcting someone else's terrible install. The old tray was on legs and was apparently wobbly from the start and after a few uses, the tray pulled away from the wall and the flimsy legs broke.
He stripped it all out, built a frame, topped with 18mm ply and bedded the tray down, leaving the tray away from the studs just enough for us to slip the backer boards behind and seal.
Tiled with 600x300.

Another shocking install sorted out. Seriously some people shouldn't be let anywhere near a refit.
The tiles above the bath pulled off the wall using only a suction cup lifter. Imagine being in the bath with those above you barely held in by the grout.

Reframed, boarded, waterproofed, tiled and grouted.
In an ideal world the whole lot would have been ripped out, including the shower tray, floor and plumbing, but in the real world, we done our best with the hand we were dealt.

Story time:
Was getting through the prep on this job when the customer walks in and says, "I've been thinking... would it be possible to make this wall smaller so it doesn't come out as much?"
I take a quick look at the wall, knowing it's only a non supporting stud wall, "no problem, let's do it"
Well here's the result, it's only about 8 inches but it has opened up that access into the shower.
We always try our best to be flexible and give the customer the best possible result.
