Mattingley Grab Hire Pile up and Dial up Our trucks hold 14 tons and we can take away a range of materials for recycling or landfill.

As a fully licensed waste carrier with the enviroment agency we do our upmost to make sure all that can be recycled is recycled. We cover anywhere within a 30 mile radius of Wantage and if you phone us in the morning we can usually be with you in the afternoon if not the next day. Our customers range from a gentleman who wanted 3 tons of Newbury flint gravel for his drive through to a contractor w

ho wanted 160 tons of concrete/soil taken away. We are also available at an hourly rate so if you require materials to be moved from one job to the next then we are happy to oblige.

A few pictures from a project we’ve been working on at one of the universities in Oxford.

We started off by taking away the soil from the excavation of a new pond which was all recycled ♻️♻️♻️

Then we supplied a load of 20mm Cotswold chippings which we sourced from a quarry in the heart of the Cotswolds.

We hand picked the rockery stone and also supplied the 100/200mm Gabion stone.

We’ve really enjoyed working on this project and it’s a massive credit to all involved that it looks like this.

A bit of a misleading photo used by the good old BBC.
Our lorry was not involved in the accident and the lorry in the photo was sold by us 12 months ago and was exported from this country.

I really hope the child involved in the accident makes a full recovery.

An interesting start to the day clearing sand from the all weather sports facility resurfacing project at Cassington Sports & Social Club.

Lifted in less than 15 minutes and the car park left absolutely spotless.

The sand was taken to a nearby wash plant where it will be washed and resold as recycled sharp sand.

Another job where 100% of the load was recycled ♻️♻️♻️♻️♻️♻️♻️

Always fear the worst when we get called to a derelict pub but it’s all good news for this one as it’s being refurbished...

Always fear the worst when we get called to a derelict pub but it’s all good news for this one as it’s being refurbished and converted into a Hickory’s Smoke House.

We cleared the demolition material and bought In over 40 tons of recycled type 1.

All materials collected were recycled and all materials delivered were made made from recycled materials ♻️♻️♻️♻️

Happy New Year Everyone.

Thank you to everyone who shares or likes our posts allowing them to get more traction.

2025 was our busiest year on record and for that we owe a massive thanks to all our great customers.

We’re also lucky enough to have some great suppliers who help us out last minute and kept the show running when I had to have a couple of weeks off.

Hopefully we will have some more exciting news to share soon.
