We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic labourer with willingness to learn. The role could lead to an apprenticeship subject to ability. The role will include general building works and site maintenance.

We are a small building company based in Wallingford and generally work within a 10 mile radius. We carry out residential developments and some small commercial projects.

This is a full time position with benefits such as 28 days paid holiday, pension scheme and a competitive salary depending on experience. Ideally need a Full UK driving licence but minimum requirement is to get into Wallingford on weekday mornings.

We had an interesting week and made the best of the nice winter weather, prepping this overgrown lakeside building plot. We recycled over 90% of the material on site leaving beautiful top soil for the garden, and hardcore ready for the new build which we look forward to later in the year.

A message to update our friends and customers.

For now, the construction industry is still operational. Whilst we have decided to close several of our sites for the time being, we will still be working at one property in Wallingford, so you may see our vans around but this is only for travel to home and site.

Our priority is the health of our employees and customers and we will all be following strict guidelines. We are in continuous talks with customers and the local authorities and reviewing the situation on a daily basis.

One of our current projects had a 1.7 ton steel beam specified for the back wall removal, our heaviest beam to date! We hired a telehandler to lift and move it, and also to lift the new double storey steel porch into place. That made life easier!
