Diagnosis is just as important as the repair!

I was called out to a leaking toilet today. A quick look revealed a perished and broken microfiber washer on the inlet valve, a common cause of hidden leaks. After rectifying the washer, I ran a full system test. Filling the cistern back up revealed a secondary issue: the inlet valve itself had failed and wouldn't stop overflowing.

Rather than leaving a 'patch-up' job, I replaced the faulty inlet valve entirely and re-tested the system. Result? A perfectly functioning, leak-free toilet and another happy customer. No job is too small for a professional finish.
