Another extension complete ✅

This is the project you may remember from the drawings we shared earlier on. We’re pleased to say the build is now finished, completed in just 21 working days from ground up! fitted in between our other ongoing jobs.

A great result for the client and a solid effort from the team to keep everything running smoothly across multiple sites.

📸 Follow-up photos will be shared in the coming months once the extension has been rendered, which will really show the final finish.

Another one wrapped up ✅
We’ve just completed this extension in Chapel Allerton, fitted in between pushing on with our large project over in Adle, which is now nearing completion.

Despite juggling schedules, this one’s been delivered to the same high standard we pride ourselves on – solid groundwork, tidy brickwork and great attention to detail throughout. A good example of how we manage multiple projects without cutting corners.

🚗 Garage Conversion Completed in rothwell 🧱

Here’s a recently completed project where we transformed a double garage into a single, wider opening — ready for our client to kickstart his new car detailing venture!

We carefully removed the existing pillar and lintels, supported the structure with acrows, and installed a 4.5m steel beam to create one large, open space.
A clean, solid job that’s opened up the area perfectly for what’s next! 👌

Here’s a recently completed double extension we’ve built in Horsforth!

This one was a real challenge — being a terraced property with very limited access, we had to carry out a lot of overhand work and manage the entire build with restricted space for materials and deliveries. Despite that, the team pushed through and delivered a high-quality finish that blends perfectly with the existing property.

It’s always satisfying to see a tricky job come together like this — great teamwork and attention to detail throughout!

Backfilling Completed in Chapel Allerton 💪

Another big step forward on this retaining wall project we recently built in Leeds!
This week we completed the backfilling — a total of 40 tons of aggregate moved entirely by wheelbarrow over a 50+ metre run, all done in just 4 hours 👏

We used 20 tons of clean pea gravel and 20 tons of 40mm hardcore, ensuring solid drainage and long-term stability behind the wall.
Next up, we’ll be adding a couple more courses of stone and finishing with a nice stone coping on top, before bringing in topsoil and turf to level off the garden ready for the customer to enjoy.

Another job carried out to a high standard by the team — hard graft but great progress!

Retaining wall completed in Chapel Allerton, Leeds! 🧱🪏

This one involved building up against a large concrete retaining wall to help retain around 70 tonnes of soil, which will be backfilled next week.

We also tied in some of the original stonework on the side to make sure everything blends seamlessly with the existing property. The wall features squint corners and clean, precise brickwork for a strong and tidy finish.

All building work is now complete — just the backfilling to finish things off next week!

Here’s a recent repointing job we’ve completed over in Wakefield 🧱.

The brickwork on this property was starting to look tired, so we’ve gone through and fully repointed all the joints to give it a fresh, clean finish and protect the walls for years to come. Makes a massive difference to the look of the house 👌.

Just to note – the new brickwork above and below the window in the first picture was carried out by another builder, we’ve only taken care of the repointing work on the original brickwork.
