We're pleased to announce a new residential project in Marlow, delivering two new two-bedroom houses for a housing association.

Located on an existing open space and large garden site, the development will make effective use of the available land to provide much-needed affordable housing for local people.

The scheme will deliver two modern, high-quality homes, making a positive contribution to the local housing supply and helping more people access affordable accommodation in their community.

We're pleased to share that we will be constructing the Weymouth Court development for a local authority, delivering 18 new homes for social rent in a modern, energy-efficient five-storey building 🏡.

Designed to meet the AECB CarbonLite standard, the all-electric development will provide 14 one-bedroom homes, including two fully wheelchair-accessible properties, alongside four two-bedroom family homes.

The project will also involve the demolition of existing garages and a disused store, alongside minor ground-floor alterations to the existing residential block, which will remain occupied throughout the works.

We're proud to be contributing to the delivery of much-needed, sustainable housing for the local community 🤝.

The scheme delivers 28 high-quality social-rent family homes, designed to Passivhaus principles to keep homes comfortable year-round and heating bills low.

The "Table to the City" window design lowers sill heights in living rooms 🪟, so children, seated residents and wheelchair users can all engage with life outside.

At ground level, secure storage for buggies, bikes and mobility aids sits alongside generous landscaping and estate improvements that make for a greener, healthier public realm 🌳.

An important milestone was reached at our Fairacres project for JBD, as we marked the latest stage of construction with a ceremonial concrete pour 🎉.

We were pleased to welcome project partners and guests to site, including Chief Rabbi Sir Ephraim Mirvis and Sarah Sackman MP, as the redevelopment continues to take shape 🏗️.

The project will deliver much-needed accessible homes, and we are proud to be playing our part in bringing this important development forward.

Connecting with local talent in Haringey! 👷‍♂️ Our Community Engagement Coordinator, Laura, was delighted to attend the Haringey Works employment event yesterday in Wood Green, meeting local job seekers and discussing opportunities within the construction industry 🏗️.

It was great to catch up with Hussain, who has previously completed work experience with us, and loved his time at Wat Tyler House. It was lovely to hear about his positive experience and how he is well on his way to working in the industry.

It was fantastic to speak with so many enthusiastic individuals, share insights into the industry and explore how we can support local people into employment 💼.

A big thank you to Haringey Council and the Haringey Works team for organising such a valuable event and bringing local employers and job seekers together 🖤

🎉 We’re pleased to announce another project win for our housing portfolio, with a new residential development in Marlow.

The scheme will see the redevelopment of an existing garage site to deliver three new three-bedroom terraced homes for affordable rent on behalf of a housing association.

Giving back to the community close to home. 🎾 We’re proud to have supported Uxbridge Lawn Tennis Club with a project right on the doorstep of our Uxbridge office, led by our Director, Neil.

Replacing the club’s old members’ huts, our team has constructed a new ULTC Pavilion and coaching office, both finished in natural timber and now nearing completion.

It’s been great to use our team’s skills to support a local club and create new facilities that members, coaches and the wider community can enjoy for years to come.

The ULTC Pavilion Grand Opening is taking place soon with the Mayor of Hillingdon. We’re very pleased to have played a part in this 👏
