This was an emergency repair after a leak started coming through the ceiling downstairs due to a cracked shower tray.

Once the tray was removed, it was clear the original installation hadn’t been carried out properly, which had led to movement over time, the tray cracking, and water damage to the floor structure.

As part of the repair, we removed the damaged tray, repaired and reinforced a rotten joist with new timber, and reinstalled everything correctly to leave the tray solid, secure, and leak-free.

From tired and dated to clean, modern and built properly 👌

Two bathrooms fully transformed — stripped back and rebuilt into something completely new. A lot of graft gone into these ones, and we’re nearly there now, just the final finishing touches left to complete.

Customer had a leak coming through to the ceiling below when the shower was in use.

On inspection we found a leaking bath waste and the silicone seal around the bath had perished.

Works carried out:

* Repaired leaking bath waste
* Supplied & fitted new fixed bath screen
* Replaced bath panel
* Removed old silicone and re-sealed around the bath

All now watertight and working as it should.

Tenant reported water spilling onto the floor when using the shower 🚿

On arrival, it was clear the seal on the bath screen had completely failed — allowing water to escape every time the shower was used.

We supplied and fitted a brand new bath screen, restoring a proper seal and keeping everything watertight again 💧
