This 9,000 sq.ft property, designed as a concept for a private client in Burwood Park, Surrey, is inspired by the craftsmanship and character of the Arts and Crafts style.

A soft palette of cream brickwork, complemented by matching windows and doors throughout, creates a calm and elegant aesthetic. Brick detailing, arched doorways, curved roof dormers encased in standing seam metal and warm terracotta roof tiles add character and subtle contrast to the design.

The entire property has the feel of an English country estate, accentuated by the ‘coach house’ style double garage and adjoining porch. A traditional cupola clock provides a charming finishing detail.

The beautifully landscaped grounds complete the property, adding to its romantic English country estate aesthetic.

The DDA team and friends had a wonderful day at our annual golf day held at the beautiful The Grove Hotel

It’s a fundraising day where we raise money in memory of Frankie’s brother Alfie, and this year we raised £32,863 for our chosen charity at Mount Vernon Cancel Centre.

We were lucky enough to have excellent weather, amazing prizes and a brilliant group of 112 people at the event, which we’re sure will grow in numbers next year.

Thank you to all the sponsors and everyone involved who made it another special day, and raised money for another great cause.

Great to see the progress of this development we designed for eight luxury apartments in Northwood.
