12.08.2026 We welcome at our offices at Warlies Park House [Building Control] a young graduate Adam Ali who has been interned into our services so he can gain some valuable insight into our compliance checking services within our division. Today we are visiting a small restaurant refurbishment which includes the installation of air handling systems in the Royal Borough of Greenwich London and then onto a new build two storey restaurant on Southend End Road .

E-Bikes : We now use electric bikes to traverse across London. Much of London is regulated to maximum speeds of 20mph and have many safe cycle lanes, canals, and parks to ride through. E-Bikes can often be much faster than using public transportation or cars…. Last Friday I carried out 4 site inspections between our offices Warlies Park House and the last project site which was in Lambeth Coldharbour Lane- during this great weather cycling is the way !!!

ENFORCEMENT POWERS: Twice a week I enter central London Building Control Offices to assist in producing COMPLIANCE and STOP NOTICES when defective building work is found. Inner London Building Control is stepping up PROSECUTIONS against designers and builders who break the law and produce non compliant work or those who do not have evidence of how they complied with the LAW. WE ARE COMING FOR YOU !!!!

Our Building Control Company has now been instructed to carry out plan checking and building inspections on Crown Premises [Offices] in Wales- starting in Cardiff, Swansea and Merthyr Tydfil

24.05.2026- On Assignment : My company is an Appointed preferred Building Control Service Provider for Crown Premises in England and Wales. Crown premises are buildings, land, or facilities owned, leased, or directly occupied by the British Crown (the UK government). Today I have arrived in Stafford, England to carry out statutory building inspections on Government Department Office buildings here, and to meet lead project management teams from Scotland who will be showing me building work being carried out on Crown owned premises - My company is well known for its rigour and scrutiny of building work which has been recognised by the Building Safety Regulator. As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors I promote the standard and rigour of compliance checking on all building types. We also work with local authorities assisting in Enforcement processes against those who break the law.
