FULL M.O.T- Hip to gable conversion - Marley old English plain tiles-Velux x 2 Mk04 - brilliant white silicone render 1.5 mm to side elevation- black fascia, white sofit - black half round gutters- side chimney re pointed- white UPVC Windows. One final clean & mastic scaffold set to be removed 4 weeks from install.

WHAT COULD BE IN DISUSED LOFT SPACE IN 2027 ?????
For inspiration, attached are progress and completed photos of the exterior of a recently completed loft conversion in Upminster.
Full M.O.T Marley Plain tiles to main roof and rear dormer - MK 04 velux over stairwell, SK01 to dressing area-black fasica, white sofit, black half round gutters- brilliant white silicon to side elevation 1.5 mm- white UPVC flush sash windows to rest dormer- new box gutter- 3 layer felt to upper dormer. Refurbishment of front elevation . All completed with in the 5 week schedule set out.

The Team were heavily involved in the demolition - main frame - truss roof - hardwood fasica & soffits - steel gutters-loft was taken to ready to paint finish-en suite finished ready for use- including all lower roofs.
