Our Client Needed A Raft Foundation in Tilbury.

With Our Local Knowledge We Advised The Existing Property Will Be Piled And Any Extension Would Also Require Piling.

We Did A Trial Hole To Expose The Existing Footings And We Was Greeted With A Piled Foundation As We Presumed.

We Then Had To Have The Project Design Amended And Went For A Mini Piled Raft Consisting Of 10No. 220mm SCD Piles Along With A 250mm Raft Foundation With Anti-Heave Below.

We Also Had The Demo Of Existing Building And New Drainage In Our Contract That We Have Now Completed On Site.

Our Client Is Super Happy And That Means We Are Too!
