A bathroom project recently completed in Nunthorpe for our newest awesome customers 😊

Predominantly it was an age related refresh with a bath out and shower in. With the bath pulled out it was on with removing the lino and tiled floor before getting onto adapting plumbing to suit
the repositioned sink vanity and the shower feeds and waste.

A niche was added into a newly built stud to provide storage for shampoos etc. The shower wall was panelled in concrete grey with cararra matt marble on the remainder of the walls. These panels really do work well together!

A 1600x800 shower tray with thermostatic mixer shower with rainfall head and soaker attachments was installed in matt black, again this really sits well against the matt white and grey. The shower is completed with a 900 screen and flipper to avoid any spillages.

The flooring is black oak klicker courtesy of Ceiling2floor Middlesbrough who also supply the panels. Furniture and hardware all supplied by Rubberduck Bathrooms Ltd and electrical completed by AWC Electrical & Security Ltd.

The WC next door is completed in the same configuration with a btw toilet/vanity installed.

A recently completed bathroom in Elmtree, Stockton.

Bath out, shower in along with making things more accessible, more user friendly and minimum maintenance was the aim, together with modernising the bathroom.

Tiles removed, suite out, and plumbing adaptions made it was over to Ash at AWC Electrical to do his thing with lighting, shower and extraction.

Walls clad in grey marble, and floor in medium oak looking great against the new furniture.

A recently completed ensuite project in Dalton Piercey.

We started with a fairly blank canvas, 2 rooms knocked into one, everything removed and ready for our stud work prior to plastering.
The brief was to build the stud to fit a 1300mm shower tray with black sliding door, green tiles, conceal the cistern and have absolutely no pipework on show.
A 1200 double sink vanity was installed along with a traditional radiator and back to wall wc, all on top of oiled slate klicker flooring.

A real pleasure, and another job completed with another happy customer 😊

A return to Newton Hall again last week, and a return to another repeat customer 😊 following an update of the ensuite previously in the year.

Brighter, lighter, and brown tiles gone and replaced with white pearl panels, oiled slate floor and this beautiful matt blue furniture with black fittings and the stunning towel radiator completes the look for this one.

Replacement LED Downlights installed along with matt white ceiling panels makes everything virtually maintenance free 👍

It was lovely to secure this job off the back of another recommendation, thanks Mike!

A really nice modernisation and uplift here. Although everything was perfectly functional it was decided it was time for a refresh. Old suite removed and adaptions made it was time to prep walls, floor, ceiling etc to accept new.

Walls were panelled in Lindos Grey, not one we've installed many times before, surprising as it looks really good, the photos never do them justice in my opinion!

The ceiling was finished in matt white panels, no more cracking plaster, mouldy corners or paint required here, and a fresh centre light fitted.
A Lino floor was removed and replaced with oiled slate Klicker flooring on top of fresh ply for the perfect base.

The Massive radiator was replaced with one more in tune with the dimensions of the room and a Thermostatic mixer shower fitted over the replacement bath.

Well!

What started out as an ensuite uplift became 2 weeks of unexpected fun...
The writing was on the wall when Mike slid the old shower tray out, its great if they're attached to something, bedded down, sealed etc.
The next 3 days was generally pulling up most of the ensuite floor, adjoining bedroom floor and another bedroom next door. Surprisingly the water ingress hadn't really presented itself anywhere apart from a damp patch in the garage.

All that rectified it was on with the good bit. Walls and floor made good for tiling the shower area, and a nice low level shower tray on the floor, a nice improvement from the existing one which was about 8' off the floor.

This gorgeous antique brass shower installed with rainfall head and separate soaker, which looks absolutely beautiful.
The replacement towel radiator is an absolute centre piece as you walk into the room, its so striking!

One of my favourite pieces is the freestanding sink, wall mounted antique brass taps and the wooden cabinet all look extremely classical sat on the oak Herringbone floor.

Just some decorating by the customer when they finalise colour choice so finish off the room and complete this amazing transformation. Definitely a few more grey hairs achieved on this on but the end result totally worth it.
