Old Glow-worm removed and replaced with a new Baxi 824, supplied with a 10-year warranty.

This job involved more than just swapping the boiler. We removed the old cylinder, disconnected the property from the old tank-fed setup and converted the system over to mains pressure.

Before fitting the new boiler, the system was properly flushed through to clear out sludge and debris, helping the new boiler run cleanly from day one.

A good boiler install is about more than what you see on the wall — the prep work matters.

Heating system not working as well as it should?

We carried out a combi powerflush in Clacton where the system water was extremely dirty — at times the waste coming out was like treacle.

Once flushed through, the system was cleaned and inhibitor was added to help protect it from further sludge and corrosion.

Common signs your system may need attention:
Radiators slow to heat up
