Through the bronze doors — the threshold where terrace limestone meets interior stone without a single material break — the house reveals itself.
The kitchen and dining room share a "wall".
The door is positioned at the exact point where a kitchen in full service becomes ambient rather than present — close enough for the ballet of service to function, far enough for the table to feel entirely undisturbed.

The bar is built to be its own world — aged patinated brass shelving floor to ceiling, Nero Marquina marble counter, deep forest green lacquered cabinetry, amber glass pendants multiplying in the back mirror. No daylight. No distraction. A room that makes you want to stay at the counter. Then you move through: a single oval marble table, crimson velvet chairs, and the entire Amalfi coastline through steel-framed glass.

This concept pairs a formal Georgian facade — handmade red brick, white stone classical detailing, symmetrical parterre with circular topiary — with a rear garden built entirely around outdoor life. Italian stone kitchen under a wisteria pergola, a rectangular dark-slate pool running the full length of the terrace, lavender borders, structured cypress and olive.

An entrance hall at this scale, ...

Geometry is not decoration — it is the architecture. The circular medallion resolves the room before a single material is placed. Arabescato panels bookmatched for bilateral symmetry, ribbed plaster absorbing light where the marble reflects it, a coffered dome that draws the eye upward and holds it. The console is not furniture.

It is a sculpted form — curved Arabescato front, brass frame — positioned precisely where the circular logic demands it.

A double-height room earns its scale through what it chooses to do with it.
The envelope is built around deep wall panelling — proportioned to the ceiling, not to the wall. The Palladian arch frames the garden and pool beyond without competing with what is inside. Light moves through the space differently at every hour.
Then the detail. Velvet against white plaster. Walnut at the frame. Brass that catches the lamp rather than announces itself.
The room is generous. It does not feel large — it feels considered.
