Another hallway transformation completed by Lyons Joinery & Building 🔨

Dado rail and picture rail panelling installed throughout the hallway, stairs and landing, creating a much more elegant and finished look to the property.

It’s amazing what a difference the right mouldings and panelling can make to a space. 👌

We’ll be back in a couple of weeks once everything has been painted to see the finished result — and we already know it’s going to look fantastic! 😁

Thinking about adding panelling, dado or picture rails to your home? Get in touch to discuss your ideas and we can create a finish that suits your property perfectly.

Another project completed by Lyons Joinery & Building 👷‍♂️

Our customer wanted to create a more open and spacious kitchen, as the existing external wall made the room feel enclosed and smaller than it really was.

To achieve this, we:
✔️ Removed a section of the external wall.
✔️ Installed the required structural steelwork to ensure the opening was fully supported.
✔️ Altered existing pipework and electrical services.
✔️ Removed the internal door frame to further improve the flow of the space.
✔️ Left the project with a clean, professional plastered finish, ready for the installation of the customer’s new kitchen.

The transformation has completely opened up the room, creating a much brighter, larger, and more practical living space.

If you’re thinking about opening up your home, removing internal or structural walls, planning an extension, loft conversion, or a new kitchen, we’d be happy to help.
