(6m by almost 3m) extension was skillfully crafted under 'permitted development rights.' This not only adds significant space to your home but also saves both time and money that would have been spent on planning permission. Instead, we've focused on obtaining a cost-effective and quick building warrant.

What sets this extension apart is its unique design. We've incorporated an angled corner, creating a dynamic and well-lit space, particularly around the garage area. To ensure lasting quality, we started with a robust foundation, replacing the old conservatory. Then, we constructed a sturdy timber frame.

The focus on natural light is evident with the inclusion of two massive 2mx2m French doors and two roof Velux windows. This not only floods the extension with sunlight but also keeps costs reasonable.

Inside, we've thought of your comfort. You'll find central heating connected to your house system, as well as an efficient infrared electric heater. We've even saved space by fitting a pocket door that smoothly slides into the partition wall when not in use.

From the ground up, we crafted this space: starting with a sturdy timber frame, adding a protective roof, and outfitting it with an inviting outdoor bar, tables, and seating.
